I am so excited to jump back into things now that work has slowed down a bit. Seeing firsthand the results that come with taking care of yourself and staying active for 30 min a day is why I have kept going with my at home programs. Sure, I have bad days more often than not (hello late nights at work = pizza on my way home).. BUT I balance it out with sticking to my plan the rest of the time. My goal? Feel good in that bikini for vacation in June. That's 60 days. Anything is possible in that time frame and you've still got time to join me.
